LCL Export Customer Advisory Submitting Bill of Lading Instructions

CaroTrans will require HS Codes to appear on Bill of Lading Instructions sent to our team members in order to properly submit our instructions to the underlying carrier(s). This change comes as passthrough from our vendor network.
